Bubble portraits

image

Julianne Swartz’s Bubble portraits are playful and refreshing, where the ordinary becomes ethereal.  Given my own work with translucent water bubbles, I appreciated her perspective.

  1. Julianne’s bubble portrait is awesome!

I’d love to see some of her others.

  2. Other than it’s refreshing, it brings back the memory of one’s childhood.  Those playful years when everyone is carefree just like a bubble floating in mid-air.

It’s so amazing how you were able to capture the contours of the bubbles!  And oh my it’s quite expensive!  Is the price governed by the difficulty of capturing the perfect still picture of a floating bubble which will burst after a very few seconds?

Simply put, your work is one unique art work.
